"Edwards Fellowship" for Professor Wilhelm Schabel at the University of Cambridge, 2021

Professor Wilhelm Schabel is granted with an Edwards Fellowship from the Centre for Soft Maters at the University of Cambridge. The fellowship will coincide with a stay as Guest Professor in Cambridge from September to October 2021 and hosted in one of the oldest Colleges in Cambridge “Conville & Cauis” (1348), granted with privileged fellowship rights during his stay.

The BPI Institute with Alex Routh, Professor of Colloidal Science in Chemical Engineering invites Wilhelm Schabel for an exchange in research in the field of “Drying of Colloidal Films”.

The Fellowship is named after Professor Sir Sam Edwards, Cavendish Professor of Physics, Fellow of the Royal Society

The President of the Center for Soft Maters Professor Michael Cates, Lucasian Professor (one of the successor on the known Lucasian Chair of Isaac Newton) invites international outstanding scientists with this fellowship to a guest research stay at Cambridge University.
