8th European Coating Symposium

2009: 8th European Coating Symposium in Karlsruhe was organised by the group Thin Film Technology (KIT).

At the beginning of the symposium Professor Emeritus Dr.-Ing. Dr. h.c. mult. Ernst-Ulrich Schlünder was honoured on the occasion of his 80th birthday by his former students and friends, Holger Martin and the symposium chair Wilhelm Schabel.
